ERS Asia is a creative event agency that specialises in events management and marketing campaigns in Singapore.
The Challenge
Raikan Ilmu is a flagship initiative within the Malay/Muslim community aimed at celebrating knowledge and fostering a culture of lifelong learning.
ERS Asia needed an event logistics partner that can meet their objectives:
- Design and fabricate the exhibitors’ booths that is eye-catching and welcoming to the public
- Meet the tight timeline in designing, production and installation of their roadshow event spaces across Singapore
- Provide logistics support that includes carpentry, carpet, power and electrical services for the event spaces
What We Did
We were tasked to manage and fabricate the exhibitors’ custom booth setup, install the power and lightings and ensure the various booths are separated meaningfully.
We assisted them with the booth designs to ensure the booth is functional, beautiful and eye-catching. And we offered spatial planning suggestions on how they can effectively arrange the booths within the venue.
Not only that, we managed the project by taking care of the various technical requirements and paperwork needed by the venue and facilities management.
By working together with us, ERS Asia was able to focus on preparing for their event and coordinating with their key stakeholders and participating exhibitors.
The Outcome
By working with us, ERS Asia was able to successfully
- Engage their stakeholders (Yayasan MENDAKI) with an enriching festival over three weekends at three different locations.
- Have a peace of mind in focusing on their branding and programs while we handled their logistics
